Construction, made clearer

Bring Clarity to Every Construction Site.

Projeazy is developing practical digital tools that help developers and contractors record site activities, track issues, monitor progress, and keep construction documentation organized.

Designed for the realities of everyday construction work.

Screens recreated from our Android-tested prototype. Sample data is illustrative. Not a released product.

The site-record problem

Construction Moves Fast. Site Records Should Keep Up.

When site information is spread across chat messages, paper notes, photos, and memory, it becomes harder to follow what happened, what needs attention, and what was resolved.

Scattered Site Records

Site information, photographs, and daily updates are spread across messages, paper records, and separate files.

Issues Without Clear Follow-Up

Defects and site observations can be difficult to track from identification to corrective action and closure.

Inconsistent Progress Reporting

Manual reporting can make it harder to maintain consistent records and communicate project status.

Our approach

One Clearer Way to Monitor and Document Construction.

Projeazy aims to bring site records, issues, progress updates, and reporting into a more structured digital workflow.

Our direction

Make everyday site documentation easier to keep up with.

Projeazy is being shaped around simple, structured records that teams can capture as work happens and review when decisions or reports are needed.

  • ✓Record site activity
Keep dated activity notes and key location details together.
  • ✓Track observations and actions
Make issues, responsibility, and status easier to review.
  • ✓Review project records
Organize information for clearer progress conversations and reporting.
About Projeazy

Making Construction Documentation More Practical.

Projeazy is building a simpler digital approach to construction monitoring, helping project teams move from scattered site information to structured, useful records.

Our story

Projeazy emerged from an interest in the practical challenges of construction site monitoring, documentation, and project coordination.

The founding perspective combines civil engineering exposure with an interest in data and digital technology. We are in the early stages, testing a working prototype and validating the idea with the people who would use it.

Our mission

To make structured construction monitoring and documentation more accessible to the teams delivering projects.

Our vision

To help construction teams build a stronger culture of documentation, accountability, and informed decision-making.

How it works

From site activity to a clearer record.

Six steps, taken from our working prototype. The prototype is in testing and is not a released product.

STEP 01

Choose Who Is Using the Device

A Team Leader / Coordinator creates projects and sees everything. A Site Engineer logs activity on assigned projects only.

STEP 02

Set Up Your Project

Create a project with its type, location and client or contractor, and note the assigned site engineer.

STEP 03

Capture Site Activities

Record the work done, where it happened and how much, with notes and a photograph that captures location.

STEP 04

Link Work to Contract Items

Add BOQ or BEME items, then link daily entries to see executed against contracted quantities.

STEP 05

Raise Issues and Follow Up

Log an issue with severity, photo evidence, a responsible person and a target date. Close it after the resolution is checked.

STEP 06

Review and Report

Choose what to include, then copy the report text, share it over WhatsApp, or print or save it as a PDF.

Site to office

Sharing records between site and office.

In the prototype, engineers share their records with the coordinator using an update code. In prototype

A

Engineer logs activity

A Site Engineer records activity on the projects assigned to them.

B

Engineer shares an update code

The engineer sends the update code to the coordinator, for example over WhatsApp.

C

Coordinator imports it

The Team Leader / Coordinator pastes the code into Import engineer update to merge the records into their device.

  • Keep forms short and navigation obvious.
  • Keep common actions easy to reach with one hand.
  • Capture photographs and structured records with minimal typing where practical.
Offline use: not claimed yet. We will say so here only after it is built and tested.
Features

Useful records, organized around site work.

Each capability is marked as working in the prototype or as planned. Availability may change as the product is validated.

Site Activity Documentation

Create a dated record for each site activity with what was done, where, how much, who recorded it, and a supporting photograph.

  • Daily site activity records with work category and detailsIn prototype
  • Location by chainage, grid, floor, block or zoneIn prototype
  • Quantity and unit, with a calculatorIn prototype
  • Crew count, recorded by and site notesIn prototype
  • Photos that capture GPS locationIn prototype
  • Entry verification by the coordinatorIn prototype

Practical benefitAnyone reviewing the project can see what was done, where, when, and by whom.

Issues and Corrective Actions

Record defects and observations with severity, location and photo evidence. Assign a person and a target date, and close an issue only after the resolution has been checked.

  • Issue records with severityIn prototype
  • Photo evidence and action notesIn prototype
  • Assigned person and target follow-up dateIn prototype
  • Issue register with statusIn prototype
  • Structured inspection checklistsPlanned

Practical benefitOpen items stay visible until someone records that they are closed.

Progress Monitoring

Add contract items from a BOQ or BEME and link daily entries to them, so executed quantities build up against contracted quantities.

  • BOQ and BEME contract itemsIn prototype
  • Daily entries linked to contract itemsIn prototype
  • Executed against contracted quantityIn prototype
  • Value completed when a rate is enteredIn prototype
  • Project-level overviewPlanned

Practical benefitProgress discussions start from recorded quantities instead of recollection.

Reporting and Documentation

Choose a project and what to include, then copy the summary text, share it over WhatsApp, or print or save it as a PDF.

  • Choose what to include in the reportIn prototype
  • Verified entries only optionIn prototype
  • Copy text and share via WhatsAppIn prototype
  • Print / Save PDFIn prototype
  • Searchable historical recordsPlanned

Practical benefitReports draw on records that are already organized, so there is less reassembling from chats, forms and spreadsheets.

Reports summarize entries supplied by users. They do not certify workmanship, approve quantities, or replace engineer review, test records, signed site instructions, or contractual reporting.

Project Organization

Create projects with their type, location and client, and let site engineers work on the projects they are assigned.

  • Projects with type, location and client or contractorIn prototype
  • Two roles: Team Leader / Coordinator and Site EngineerIn prototype
  • Engineer updates shared by code, for example over WhatsAppIn prototype
  • Searchable documentationPlanned

Practical benefitRecords from site and office end up in one place.

Solutions

Practical support for the people keeping sites moving.

Our initial focus is developers and small-to-medium-sized construction teams that need practical documentation tools without unnecessary complexity.

Property Developers

Gain Clearer Visibility into Site Activities.

Organized records and progress updates can help developers review construction activities, identify outstanding issues, and communicate more effectively with project teams.

  • Review recorded site activities and progress by date.
  • See which issues are still open and who is responsible.
  • Work from a shared record when discussing progress.
SME Contractors

Keep Project Documentation Organized Without Unnecessary Complexity.

A structured digital workflow can reduce fragmented records and make site documentation easier to maintain.

  • Keep activity records, photographs and issues under one project.
  • Use a consistent format across sites and supervisors.
  • Find earlier records when a question comes up.
Site Engineers and Supervisors

Record What Happens on Site. Track What Needs Attention.

Digital forms and structured records can help site professionals document work, record observations, and follow outstanding actions.

  • Log activity on the projects assigned to you using short forms.
  • Attach photographs to the record they belong to.
  • Follow outstanding actions until they are marked closed.
Project Managers and Consultants

Make Project Information Easier to Review.

Organized documentation can support project coordination and reporting.

  • Review organized records ahead of coordination meetings.
  • Draw on structured summaries when preparing project reports.
  • Check the follow-up history of an issue.
What Projeazy does not do. It is intended to support documentation and coordination. It does not replace the professional judgment of engineers, statutory inspections, approved QA/QC procedures, or contractual documentation requirements. We do not promise cost savings, defect elimination, or regulatory compliance.
