Scattered Site Records
Site information, photographs, and daily updates are spread across messages, paper records, and separate files.
Projeazy is developing practical digital tools that help developers and contractors record site activities, track issues, monitor progress, and keep construction documentation organized.
Designed for the realities of everyday construction work.

When site information is spread across chat messages, paper notes, photos, and memory, it becomes harder to follow what happened, what needs attention, and what was resolved.
Site information, photographs, and daily updates are spread across messages, paper records, and separate files.
Defects and site observations can be difficult to track from identification to corrective action and closure.
Manual reporting can make it harder to maintain consistent records and communicate project status.
Projeazy aims to bring site records, issues, progress updates, and reporting into a more structured digital workflow.
Projeazy is being shaped around simple, structured records that teams can capture as work happens and review when decisions or reports are needed.
Projeazy is building a simpler digital approach to construction monitoring, helping project teams move from scattered site information to structured, useful records.
Projeazy emerged from an interest in the practical challenges of construction site monitoring, documentation, and project coordination.
The founding perspective combines civil engineering exposure with an interest in data and digital technology. We are in the early stages, testing a working prototype and validating the idea with the people who would use it.
To make structured construction monitoring and documentation more accessible to the teams delivering projects.
To help construction teams build a stronger culture of documentation, accountability, and informed decision-making.
Six steps, taken from our working prototype. The prototype is in testing and is not a released product.
A Team Leader / Coordinator creates projects and sees everything. A Site Engineer logs activity on assigned projects only.
Create a project with its type, location and client or contractor, and note the assigned site engineer.
Record the work done, where it happened and how much, with notes and a photograph that captures location.
Add BOQ or BEME items, then link daily entries to see executed against contracted quantities.
Log an issue with severity, photo evidence, a responsible person and a target date. Close it after the resolution is checked.
Choose what to include, then copy the report text, share it over WhatsApp, or print or save it as a PDF.
These screens are recreated from our Android-tested prototype. Select a tab to see each part of the workflow.
In the prototype, engineers share their records with the coordinator using an update code. In prototype
A Site Engineer records activity on the projects assigned to them.
The engineer sends the update code to the coordinator, for example over WhatsApp.
The Team Leader / Coordinator pastes the code into Import engineer update to merge the records into their device.
Each capability is marked as working in the prototype or as planned. Availability may change as the product is validated.
Create a dated record for each site activity with what was done, where, how much, who recorded it, and a supporting photograph.
Practical benefitAnyone reviewing the project can see what was done, where, when, and by whom.
Record defects and observations with severity, location and photo evidence. Assign a person and a target date, and close an issue only after the resolution has been checked.
Practical benefitOpen items stay visible until someone records that they are closed.
Add contract items from a BOQ or BEME and link daily entries to them, so executed quantities build up against contracted quantities.
Practical benefitProgress discussions start from recorded quantities instead of recollection.
Choose a project and what to include, then copy the summary text, share it over WhatsApp, or print or save it as a PDF.
Practical benefitReports draw on records that are already organized, so there is less reassembling from chats, forms and spreadsheets.
Reports summarize entries supplied by users. They do not certify workmanship, approve quantities, or replace engineer review, test records, signed site instructions, or contractual reporting.
Create projects with their type, location and client, and let site engineers work on the projects they are assigned.
Practical benefitRecords from site and office end up in one place.

The prototype is in testing and is not a released product. We will not describe offline use, AI, integrations or notifications as available until they exist.
Our initial focus is developers and small-to-medium-sized construction teams that need practical documentation tools without unnecessary complexity.
Organized records and progress updates can help developers review construction activities, identify outstanding issues, and communicate more effectively with project teams.
A structured digital workflow can reduce fragmented records and make site documentation easier to maintain.
Digital forms and structured records can help site professionals document work, record observations, and follow outstanding actions.
Organized documentation can support project coordination and reporting.
We are engaging construction professionals to test our approach to site monitoring and documentation, identify real workflow challenges, and help shape a practical solution for construction teams.
